Forum Setúbal will have 44,000 m2 of GLA and will attract people from all over Setúbal and the surrounding area. It is being developed by Multi Development and represents an investment of 120 million euros. Located next to the N10 highway and only a few minutes from the centre of the city Forum Setúbal forms part of the development of the Quinta de Vale da Rosa where under the local development plan the city will be extended to the West to create a new main area.

Forum Setúbal will have 110 shops, including a food court with 22 restaurants and a Zon Lusomundo 6-screen cinema with the latest digital technology. A parking for 2,160 cars, (1,800 underground and 360 above ground). The Architecture was a collaboration of T+T and Brodway Malyan and Multi Mall Management Portugal will be responsible for management.

The construction will start in the first trimester of 2012 and the opening of Forum Setúbal will be late 2013. This project will have Anchors and brands such as Continente, Worten, Sportzone, Modalfa, Fnac, Primark, Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Springfield, WomenSecret, Zippy, Perfumes & Cia e Douglas.
